I am sorry I have not posted any updates to my blog in 3 years.

But the thing is I do not have to.

My skin is still so under control thanks the applying the method outlined in Sue Armstrong Brown's book whenever there is the slightest chance of a flare.

So my skin is great. I no longer have to run off to sunny climates by the sea in the winter to escape the maddening weeping itchy skin I can not control.

I go off now only if I want to!
