I keep running into this guy called Buteyko in my life. I tried to get my grandfather to visit a clinic of theirs in Dublin three years ago to try and retrain him to breath better without all the drugs he was taking for his chest problems.

Of course my stubborn grandfather said no way and continued to take stronger and stronger dosages of drugs to control his breathing problems.

He died last year in September.

I wish he had at least tried this method just in case it gave him a better quality of life.
